In Forensics, like in many careers, it is essential for us to be critical about ourselves, and others we work with. As the lives that may be affected by how we do our job, deserves no less.
Nevertheless, in order to be effective at being critical, we must first be respectful! Critical without respect, is in my opinion, a form of bullying. No good comes from it, no goal is achieved by it, and there is no place for it!
